RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We currently do not accept any returns. However, in the event that you receive an item that does not meet your expectations, an exchange will be offered.

 

Before sending us the item for exchange , please email us within 6 business days of receiving the item at contact@clarissaleejewelry.com with your order number, a photo of the item received, and your reason for the exchange. 

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your request.

 

Exchanges must be in their original packaging and reach us within 20 days from the date of receiving your parcel. Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

For an exchange transaction, upon receipt of the returned item, you will receive a tracking number for your replacement item.
